Reviews and Ratings
Staying at Gran Mercure was an absolute delight! The attentive staff and wonderful breakfast really stood out during my time there. The central location made it easy to explore the area, but the rooms could use a little refreshing. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, though the breakfast price may be steep for some.
I had some mixed experiences during my stay at the hotel. The service was generally attentive and prompt, and I enjoyed the dining options available. However, my room had some shortcomings in terms of amenities and setup, and the dining area was quite busy at peak times. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay but not without its quirks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is really convenient with restaurants and shopping nearby. On the other hand, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. While the staff tried to be helpful, the slow service and outdated facilities were disappointing.
I found the hotel to be decent overall but definitely not a true five-star experience. The staff at check-in were diligent but the process took too long. The rooms were spacious with a nice view, but showed signs of wear and tear. The restaurant had great service and good food, but the amenities left much to be desired, including a small gym and rooftop pool with an uninteresting view.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. I loved the fantastic breakfast options and the convenience of room service. However, the limited choices for dining might not cater to everyone's taste. Overall, I found the location ideal as it is right across from two malls, adding great shopping convenience to my stay.
